OUR METHOD IS BASED ON THREE STAGES

STRATEGIC ANALYSIS

We conduct thorough studies of everything related to each operation, both economically and operationally speaking, and we establish the different controls required in order to carry out production.
These include factory audits, feasibility studies (direct and indirect costs) and laboratory testing. In addition, we offer an in-depth analysis of the list of materials to determine all the available options to reduce necessary costs.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Creating an attractive product design is not enough. It must also be designed for mass production.
During the manufacturing process, we establish programmes for the tracking and control of raw materials. We develop our own moulds and visit your current factory, making sure that your products are manufactured correctly and comply with regulations and safety measures.

STRATEGY AND LOGISTICS

A final quality control is conducted before each shipment is sent in order to check anyissues, no matter how small. We also take care of managing all aspects of logistics and customs in order to facilitate the availability of the product at the destination, together with a tracking of the entire process to analyse improvements of new developments.
