After a year spent practically living in factories and observing a wide range of problems, such as lack of knowledge and customers’ limited capacity for action, in addition to poor communication with factories and the presence of low-skilled agents, I acquired the knowledge and experience needed to understand the modus operandi of factories in China. This allowed me to discover the true reality of this industry.

One day, I came across a company with a significant problem that was desperately seeking help. The company I was working for didn’t want to take on the project, so they allowed me to take it on personally. This was the opportunity that enabled be to confirm my belief that it is possible to achieve unique results with a different approach.

Some of our key actions, which form part of our approach, include actions such as auditing factories and understanding their production capacities, developing strategic plans, having a qualified team and presence in China, following a standardised production protocol and understanding the local culture.

Throughout the 12 years, we have formed a team of 10 people, helping more than 100 companies from different industries to solve their problems and set up supply chains that enable them to position themselves  successfully in their target markets. This is all based
on a philosophy of a personalised service for each customer.
